Pilates exercises focus on precision, control and quality of movement. Your age and fitness level do not matter. It can work for you. The Pilates system of exercise is based upon non impact resistance, making it ideal for injury rehabilitation.

BEGINNERS PILATES WEDNESDAYS 10.30-11.30am £6 THIS CLASS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE 

YOGALATES THURSDAYS 9.30am-10.30am £6 or included in passes

PILATES - MONDAYS 10.30-11.30am £6

 

STRETCH&TONE MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 1pm-2pm
